The Wide the brand website (the "Site") is published by Wide the brand Inc. (hereinafter "Wide the brand", "we", "us", or "our"). The Site is hosted by Shopify.
BACKGROUND
The Site is an e-commerce platform that offers customers the opportunity to shop for men's clothing under the Wide the brand label.
DEFINITION
The term "Customer" refers to any individual who has created an account on the Site or uses Wide the brand services.
SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions of Use govern all uses of the Site and the services offered through the Site. Access to and use of our Site and its services implies express and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Consequently, customers confirm that they have read and understood these General Terms of Use before accessing the Site or using its services, and undertake to comply with them.
ACCESS AND USE OF THE SITE AND ITS SERVICES
Wide the brand aims to make the Site accessible to Customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless otherwise specified. However, please note that Wide the brand may occasionally and temporarily suspend the Service, in whole or in part, for technical reasons (in particular for maintenance purposes) without being held responsible by its Customers.
Furthermore, Wide the brand shall not be held responsible for:
- any exceptional circumstance, such as, but not limited to, an event of force majeure or attributable to a third party;
- any technical prejudice linked, in particular, to programs, computer hardware, software or the Internet.
SITE REGISTRATION
CUSTOMER REGISTRATION
Customers may choose to create a customer account.
They agree to provide all required information accurately and honestly. They agree to regularly update their information to be as current as possible on the Site.
Customers agree to refrain from infringing the rights of any third party, whatever they may be.
VALIDITY OF INFORMATION
Customers agree to:
- provide accurate and current information at the time of their orders. In particular, they agree not to use false names or addresses, and not to use unauthorized names or addresses;
- update the information provided to ensure the accuracy of the service;
- not to disclose or distribute any unlawful, objectionable (such as libelous or racially offensive) or harmful (such as viruses) content that violates applicable law.
In the event of a violation of any of these provisions, Wide the brand reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Wide the brand Services for certain Customers.
When a Customer adds information to his or her customer account, he or she confirms that he or she is the rightful owner or is duly authorized to make it public. He also confirms that he agrees to the present provisions.
RATES
The use of this Site is free for all Customers.
However, this Site allows Customers to purchase products online. The specific conditions relating to the sale of these products are set out in our Terms of Sale.
USE OF CONTENT
Wide the brand grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your personal, non-commercial use to do only and strictly the following: view, reproduce, print, cache, store, and distribute the content retrieved from this Site through web browsers commonly used by consumers.
